Our Client Concierge has worked tirelessly to make this part of your holiday as effortless as possible. All YOU need to do from the comfort of your home is provide us with your height, weight, shoe size and ski ability, and we will do the rest. We do not compromise, only offering you the latest cutting-edge and innovative skis, snowboards, boots and hiking equipment through ski hire shops we have long-standing relationships with.

Once you arrive in-resort, our resort team will be at the rental shop to hand you a glass of fizz and help with the collection, ensuring you are satisfied with your top-of-the-range equipment. 

Our silver service continues, with a resort member ready to assist you in putting on your ski boots before accompanying you to the slopes daily. This is combined with the peace of mind that any lost or stolen ski passes bought through us will be replaced. 

If you are bringing your skis, let us know, as we can provide servicing and repairs before hitting the slopes. Likewise, if you have forgotten a piece of specific ski equipment, we can assist in finding a replacement on request.
