Space and privacy are key elements of a holiday for many of our clients. Our luxury chalet apartments in Flims and Arosa have been designed, finished and furnished to the highest standards by their owners and each one has it’s own style. The apartments are situated in quiet residential areas in the resorts but enjoy swift access to the slopes in no more than a couple of minutes thanks to our resort driver service.

A new and exciting innovation using the latest 3D video imaging technology has allowed us to produce walk-through floor plans to ensure you select the right property.

The ‘dolls-house’ view of each property showcases the individual style and decor, including original artworks, sumptuous furnishings and cosy living spaces filled with alpine charm. The technology is great for visualising the layout and space and gives you added peace of mind before you confirm your booking.

Guests of our private properties are looked after by our House Managers who take great care to welcome you, introduce you to every aspect of your property, and generally oversee all the little details. Our resort driver service is on hand throughout your stay to provide shuttles to and from the ski lifts, as well as evening driving to and from restaurants. On the slopes the whole family are invited to join in the fun, with adult ski guiding to show you around the best runs the resort has to offer at your own pace, whist the children will be in their element in our exclusive children’s programmes. For infants, there is our pb crèche (from 6 months) or we can arrange a private nanny who will come to your apartment each day and look after your little ones whilst you enjoy some time away on the slopes.

We’ve adapted our services to offer families a Covid-safe ‘family bubble’ environment, where we’ll ensure that we deliver our services, cleaning and our Swiss Cook meal delivery service whilst you are all out on the slopes, so you can come back to the smell of freshly baked cakes and brownies and relax in your own private space without worrying about intrusions. We’ll ensure you have everything you need to tuck yourselves away for a cosy family time together, with your log fire roaring, large entertaining space for big family meals, all modern conveniences and technology to flop in front of your favourite film.
