Q: What is your favourite dish on the menu in the hotel?

The Omakase menu by The Twins Dominik Sato and Fabio Toffolon at The Japanese by The Chedi Andermatt is amazing and of course in combination with Saké or a glass or two from our extensive wine list. By the way its not actually in the hotel, but instead of 2,400 above sea levels.

Andermatt has been making waves in the culinary world and The Japanese by The Twin has recently received its 2nd Michelin Star all our restaurants together have 48 Gault Millau points as well as 3 Michelin Stars.
