Our Client Concierge team in our London office are here to ensure you have the best possible experience and get the most out of your precious holiday time.
Once you have booked your holiday and secured your arrangements with your travel consultant, we will support you with any queries you may have, provide invaluable local knowledge and assist you with making all the additional arrangements that will enhance your overall holiday experience. Our aim is to make certain all the little details are covered and everything is ready for your arrival in resort, with our team on hand to provide a seamless link with our in-resort team and local partners.
We take care of all the little details that complete your perfect holiday. We can help with all your pre-travel reservations at your hotel, including in-room facilities, extra beds and cots, DVD players, spa treatments and restaurant bookings, as well as private ski instruction, mountain guiding and heli-ski reservations. We are also delighted to arrange additional activities for family day, such as ice skating, tobogganing and sleigh rides. We can advise on the best restaurants and make reservations for lunch on the mountain or dinner in resort.
For your summer holiday we can arrange tennis lessons with our LTA accredited tennis pro, confirm golf tee off times, book swimming lessons or water sports as well as arrange the hiring of bikes.
For those travelling with children we can arrange babysitting and any additional childcare requirements. If you have crèche aged children you may well have lots of questions before you leave home so we will arrange for the crèche manager to phone you before departure to discuss baby’s routine and favourite foods as well as agree what essentials to purchase such as nappies, wipes and formula, all of which will be waiting for you on arrival at your hotel. We make it our mission to take all the hassle out of travelling with very young children and to ensure that your first holiday is a wonderful, rather than daunting experience.
We can also help with business class upgrades and assistance with online check-in, seat reservations and luggage allowance questions, access to airport lounges and facilities and additional VIP meet and greet services at selected airports. For those interested, we can take care of your luggage forwarding, FlyRail reservations, train itineraries, timetables and tickets and helicopter transfers to selected resorts.
We will make sure that everything is ready for your arrival and that any concerns or questions are answered before you travel so that you can totally relax. Our mantra, as always, is “Everything’s possible”.
