It was a standout winter season with some of the best snowfall we’ve seen in decades, and the feedback from clients was unsurprisingly very positive, not just in terms of the snow conditions but also the experience of our ski programmes for adults and children, the level of service and the exceptional hotels and resorts with which we work. Client feedback is vital in our quest for constant improvement. Here are a few of our clients’ comments from winter 2017/2018.
