A Long Weekend Ski Tour of The Dolomites

Discover Your Tailor-Made Ski Tour
Embark on a bespoke ski tour with an experienced local guide, exploring the finest skiing, dining, and accommodations across eight interconnected ski resorts in the Dolomiti Superski region. Having operated in Alta Badia since the mid-2000s, we have developed a deep appreciation for this unique area, renowned for its pristine mountain scenery, exceptional cuisine, and warm hospitality. Our Dolomites ski tour offers an immersive experience of this remarkable region, perfect for a short stay that will leave you eager to return.
Our custom ski tour follows a point-to-point route, starting in Cortina d’Ampezzo and concluding on the picturesque Alpe di Siusi plateau, southeast of Bolzano. While the itinerary can be tailored to your preferences, we recommend a 3 to 4-night stay to fully enjoy the journey, staying in hand-picked hotels and dining at award-winning restaurants. The best skiing conditions are from late December to mid-March, allowing us to design the perfect schedule around your availability.

With new flight options from SkyAlps between London Gatwick and Bolzano, as well as routes to Venice Marco Polo and Innsbruck, the region is more accessible than many realize, making it ideal for a long weekend ski getaway.
Alta Badia, the culinary heart of the Dolomites, boasts Michelin-starred restaurants and dishes inspired by Ladino traditions, combining local ingredients with Mediterranean and Austro-Hungarian flavours. The region’s high-altitude wines, like the crisp Gewurztraminer, are perfect for enjoying on a sunny terrace after a day on the slopes. Our long-standing relationships ensure you secure reservations at the best mountain restaurants and dinner spots.

The ski route was initially envisioned by Financial Times Travel Editor Tom Robbins, who identified the potential of skiing non-stop through newly connected valleys. Since supporting Tom in 2019, we have refined the concept, ensuring a leisurely pace so you can enjoy all the region’s delights, with your luggage seamlessly transferred between hotels by our concierge team.
Starting in the exclusive resort of Cortina d’Ampezzo, your guide will lead you through the stunning valleys and peaks of Trentino and Alta Badia. You’ll ski around the dramatic peaks of the Cinque Torri, explore the new ‘Super 8’ slopes, and ride the Tofana cable car for breathtaking views of the Sella and Marmolada ranges. The journey continues down the hidden valley of Lagazuoi, past ice falls and through ancient pine forests, before arriving at Armentarola, where a horse-drawn sleigh awaits to take you to the Pralongia plateau above San Cassiano. After a full day of skiing, you’ll stay in Corvara, home to exceptional hotels and celebrated restaurants like the Stua di Michel at the Hotel La Perla.

The next morning, you have direct access to the classic Sella Ronda route or the Passo Gardena, with the majestic Sella mountains in view, skiing down to Ortesei and San Christina before arriving at the expansive Alpe di Siusi. We will tailor the perfect route for your group, with options for expert skiers and luxurious accommodations such as the COMO Alpina Dolomites and Adler Lodge Alpe, offering ski-in/ski-out convenience.
Your bespoke tour will cover over 100km of pistes through eight connected villages, with all logistics and details taken care of. This is the perfect adventure for a group of friends or a family ready for a new challenge.
